Tests and commissioning

The system is implemented by ALSTEF personnel and/or its partners on the customer site, under the supervision of an ALSTEF Site Manager.


The implementation is completed in two phases :

  1. Preparation of the activities on site :
    • To prepare the plan, including the information required and all necessary tools and equipment
    • To participate in the selection of sub-contractors
    • To ensure good working conditions on the customer site
  2. Completion of the activities on site :
    • To manage the human resources, all technical aspects, and relations with the customer and sub-contractors
    • To control the quality, safety and environmental protection, from the installation to the commissioning of the system
    • To carry out and validate tests in accordance with the control sheets :
      • Control and mechanical integration
      • Unit testing
      • System functional testing
