The system is implemented by ALSTEF personnel and/or its partners on the customer site, under the supervision of an ALSTEF Site Manager.

The implementation is completed in two phases :
- Preparation of the activities on site :
- To prepare the plan, including the information required and all necessary tools and equipment
- To participate in the selection of sub-contractors
- To ensure good working conditions on the customer site
- Completion of the activities on site :
- To manage the human resources, all technical aspects, and relations with the customer and sub-contractors
- To control the quality, safety and environmental protection, from the installation to the commissioning of the system
- To carry out and validate tests in accordance with the control sheets :
- Control and mechanical integration
- Unit testing
- System functional testing
