Project Management

When a contract is signed, a new project is opened and a Project Manager assigned. He is the customer contact until the project is commissioned. He works with a team of Technical Managers in each department : Purchasing, Design, Implementation…
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in internal and external communications. His mission is to deliver a turnkey system to the customer. He must respect the planning and budgets established, whilst guaranteeing the performance of the system and customer satisfaction.

The focus of his work is :

  • To ensure full communication with the customer
  • To control the execution of the project
  • To guarantee the performance of the system
